CrowdBurst is a growing community of students, businesspersons, academics, retirees, plumbers, pilots, fishmongers, fencing instructors, peanut farmers, and other miscellaneous humans with one important thing in common — a desire to reach their potential, and to help others reach theirs.
Why We're Here
Humans have major blind spots in the way they see the world. Some of the most pernicious ones are in the way we perceive ourselves. In other words: we already know what other people need to do to improve; but we don't see as clearly when it comes to our own foibles. CrowdBurst levels the playing field.

CrowdBurst provides a set of tools for exchanging the honest advice you need to grow personally and professionally. Send out a 360-degree review to get feedback from your colleagues.
