There was a TED Talks on the possibility of having better conversations with strangers. Studies found people were tired of shallow 'casual' conversations and wanted something more. The TED Talks speaker started asking strangers: "If you were to die tomorrow, what would you do?". The reaction was powerful. Some people even started sobbing.
My question is, what would you do if a stranger came up to you and asked you such a question?

I'm all for deep convos so I would definitely answer them honestly. But I think I would weird them out with my answer so I'm not sure if the conversation would continue after that.

Personally, I'd say something silly and flippant and refuse to engage him or her. I should probably start having serious conversations with friends before I have them with strangers.
Or maybe not ... maybe a dose of anonymity is exactly what we need here. Keeps things off the record. OK, I dig it.
