In choosing personal computers what should I consider? I am a student studying communication arts so i dont really need a computer with high processing capabilities, i just need one for computing and encoding, also I'm in short of budget so what type of computer should I consider?

    In choosing a personal computer, I would choose something which specification is congruent to my needs. That is if I have a limited budget. However, if financially I could afford a higher specification of a personal computer, I would factor in in making decision what to but my future requirement and needs. Then is get value for my money.
